Recently, things have been quiet around the singer. Now Helene Fischer is back in touch with her fans – and has a double surprise in store.
In the autumn of last year, Helene Fischer ended her big “Rausch” tour after over 70 concerts in three countries. At Christmas she appeared on the screens once again with her “Helene Fischer Show”. After that, it was quiet around the pop star.
Although the singer’s social media team posted a daily highlight from her career to mark her 40th birthday at the beginning of August, she herself did not show any new photos. Until now: On Friday, Helene Fischer surprised her fans with a video message on Instagram.
In it, the musician gives rare private insights and even shows her home. The clip was apparently shot in her own garden. The 40-year-old sits on a swing in a casual outfit and swings back and forth in a relaxed manner. In the background you can see a red brick house with green window frames. Her daughter’s balance bike is leaning against the wall.
“Now I’m going to get in touch with you personally,” says Helene Fischer into the cell phone camera and thanks everyone for the many “kind words you left me for my 40th birthday.” Then she announces: “Now I have a present for you. I think some of you already suspected it, but now I can officially tell you: The ‘Helene Fischer Show’ will be back this year.”
The recording will take place on December 6th and 7th in Düsseldorf and she can hardly wait. “I’m looking forward to seeing each other in person again to end the year together,” said the pop star. Although she enjoyed the peace and quiet, “now I’m picking up speed again and there will be more from me in the future,” she promised.
In 2011, “The Helene Fischer Show” flickered across screens for the first time. Due to the pandemic, it had to take a three-year break before returning in 2023. The ratings were impressive. 5.01 million viewers tuned in to ZDF at 8:15 p.m. on Christmas Day.
