jpnn.comJAKARTA – YouTube announced that the Add Yours collaborative sticker on YouTube Shorts is now available to all users.
The sticker functions similarly to Instagram’s feature of the same name, asking users to share their version of a creator’s video.
The Add Yours feature on YouTube Shorts and Instagram is similar to the “duet” tool on short-form video app TikTok.
The feature allows users to create content that features original videos.
With the new feature in Shorts, users can do things like upload an “Outfit of the Day” Short and invite others to share similar videos with the sticker.
Once finished recording a video, users can tap the sticker icon, select the Add Yours sticker, and then enter a request.
Once a Short is published, viewers can respond with their own Shorts, or tap the sticker to see other responses.
The stickers are part of a series of new features for creators.
