In three years, the Government of the State of San Luis Potosíheaded by Ricardo Gallardo Cardonahas invested 22 billion pesos in infrastructure works for rebuild the Middle Regionwhere families in Potosí today have better living and mobility conditions, with the paving of streets and rehabilitation of roads.
The inhabitants of Cerritos now have safe, dignified and fast roads, with the new and modern boulevard, with a length of 1,360 meters and a vehicular channel of nine to 12 meters, in addition to the installation of 800 LED lamps that guarantee the peace and tranquility of families.
Likewise, 13 communities in Ciudad del Maíz are now well connected with the modernization of Highway 80 to the municipal capital, so they can now travel with greater safety and agility, to boost the productive agricultural, commercial and educational development of the region.
In the municipality of Cárdenas, families living on Francisco Villa Street have better living conditions, with safe, modern environments and greater social development; and in Rayón, the Las Guapas recreational area was built in the community of the same name, with children’s games and an open-air gym, to provide more support for healthy recreation, new spaces for coexistence and physical activity.
With the intention of promoting and intensifying tourist activity in Rioverde, the Allende pedestrian walkway was rehabilitated, resolving years-old problems such as drainage, as well as paving Morelos Street, the main communication route that connects Carlos Jonguitud Barrios Boulevard to the city center.
