According to the details, mobile phone service has been partially suspended in Rawalpindi and Quetta on the occasion of 12th Rabi’ul Awwal to ensure the security of the main procession and adjacent areas. has been suspended in the surrounding areas, on this occasion the Deputy Commissioner and CPO Rawalpindi visited the various routes of the procession and reviewed the security arrangements. The main procession was inaugurated by Pir Sarkar of Akalgarh, and the procession will pass through Murree Road, Committee Chowk, Fowara Chowk, Raja Bazar and end at Jama Masjid Road late at night.

The district administration has issued special NOCs for the distribution of langar and nazro niaz during the procession, while arrangements have also been made for setting up the stage. Strict security arrangements have been made, under which more than 5000 police officers and The youths are performing security duties for various processions. More than 2400 officers have been deployed for the security of the main procession, while more than 2600 officers have been deployed for the other 107 processions.

On the other hand, mobile phone service has been suspended in Quetta during the main procession on the occasion of 12 Rabi Awwal. The security agencies appeal to the public for cooperation and have instructed them to avoid unnecessary movement on the procession routes.
