The FBI made clear that its investigators did not have probable cause to arrest him “or take any additional law enforcement action at the local, state or federal level,” while the Sheriff’s Office added that “the threats made at the gambling site could not be corroborated.”
Father of teen involved in Georgia shooting arrested
Colin Gray, 54, Colt’s father, was arrested and charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children.the Georgia Bureau of Investigation reported.
Chris Hosey, director of the agency, explained that “her charges are directly related to her son’s actions and allowing him to possess a weapon,” for which she risks sentences ranging from 10 years to life in prison.
