Dakhla-Oued Eddahab: Launch of the integrated business support and financing program “INTELAKA”
Dakhla – The integrated business support and financing program “INTELAKA” was launched on Thursday in the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region.
On this occasion, a communication meeting was organized at the Regional Investment Center, in which the various stakeholders of the “INTELAKA” program took part, including representatives of banking institutions and various public administrations responsible for supervising this program, as well as project leaders at the regional level. In a statement to MAP, the Head of the Investor Support Division at the CRI, Saad Ismail, stressed that some 400 project leaders will be supported as part of a partnership with the business and entrepreneurship platform “Station A”, to help them set up their projects in the various productive sectors including agriculture, trade and industry. This process, which lasts 12 months, goes through several phases, namely the popularization of the program, support which includes in particular the feasibility study and financial studies and the preparation of the bank financing file, as well as the monitoring of the project, he said. For his part, the director of the “Station A” platform, Redouane Agoudal, noted that the role of this project incubator platform is to facilitate access and support for entrepreneurs to bank loans, with a very low rate of 2% for projects located in urban areas, and 1.75% for those located in rural areas. The support program covers pre- and post-creation support for projects, particularly in the development of the business plan, the preparation of financing files and the launch of projects, he explained. During this meeting, which was attended by several actors from the public and private sectors, the participants were unanimous in emphasizing the need to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and overcome obstacles to make a business sustainable.
