American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is already facing several cases and investigations, and in the meantime he has been arrested in a case of sex trafficking and harassment. He was arrested from the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan on Monday evening, September 16. The grand jury indictment accused him of sex trafficking, sexual harassment and running a racket. Rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ has been charged with several cases of sexual harassment in the past, but he denied all of them. At the same time, the court rejected Sean ‘Diddy’s bail plea. After being arrested, the rapper had offered a bail package of $ 50 million for his release, but it was rejected. Sean ‘Diddy’ is accused of using his business empire for criminal activities. But his lawyer called these allegations baseless. He said that Combs is innocent. According to the 14-page indictment, Combs turned his business empire into a criminal enterprise, in which he and his associates were engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor and other crimes. The indictment said Combs threatened and coerced the women into complying with his sexual desires.

The court rejected an offer of $50 million for bail

Agnifilo wrote a letter to Magistrate Judge Robin F. Tarnofsky of the Southern District of New York, in which he demanded the release of his client Combs. In return, he proposed $ 50 million on behalf of the rapper. He also offered his Miami house and his mother’s house as bail money. But the court rejected Combs’ bail. The court judge did not agree that Combs could fulfill any condition of release or that he could appear in court in the future. Especially when he has threatened witnesses and victims several times.
