In Jio iActivate service, when you order a SIM card online, the Jio delivery agent will deliver the SIM card to your home. Also, the agent will help you activate the SIM.
How to use Jio Activate
Jio i Activation service is available for both iOS and Android smartphone users. To access this service, users first have to download and install the My Jio App. After this, you will see the activation banner in the app when a new Jio SIM card is purchased by the user.
How to use this service
- First of all open My Jio app.
- After this, tap on the iActivate banner on the home page.
- After this you will be redirected to the free home delivery page after purchasing the SIM card.
- Then you have to enter your mobile number and OTP.
- After this you will have to select between e-SIM and physical SIM.
- Then you have to tap on Jio iActivate option and then on the Proceed button.
- Aadhaar OTP or DigiLocker will have to be used for KYC.
- After this, the on-screen instructions have to be followed.
