An evening in nightclub in San Benedetto it has transformed into a nightmare for a young man from Ascoli 16 years oldvictim of a theft on July 13, 2023. The boy, in the company of some friends, noticed that he was being followed by a young man dressed in black, with dark glasses and tattoos. Suddenly, the attacker he approached him from behind and grabbed his three gold necklaces that he was wearing, managing to tear off two of them. The boy immediately warned the safetywho promptly identified and blocked the culprit: a 22 year old Neapolitan. During identification, the young man recognized the necklaces as those that had been torn from his neck.
The Neapolitan, defended by the lawyer Silvia Morgantiwas accused of snatch theftand the procedure also involves the padre of the boy, a industrial ascolano who is the injured party because his son is a minor. Other young people present at the disco that night have reported being victims of similar thefts, and it is suspected that the aggressor did not act alone, although any accomplices have not been identified.
