Full-scale entry into the Japanese market with SPD solution business based on industrial DX technology
Ulalala Lab Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Hak-ju) announced on the 20th that it has signed a distribution agreement with Japan’s UNISOL Group and will make a full-scale entry into the Japanese market with its SPD solution business based on industrial DX technology.
Ulalala Lab is an AI-based industrial data analysis and industrial DX solution company that develops and supplies industrial DX solutions such as smart factories, smart farms, and smart cities using IoT, AI, big data analysis, cloud, and data lake technologies. UNISOL Group is a distribution and service company focusing on industrial machinery and equipment, manufacturing, and construction, and has 12 related affiliates.
Ulalala Lab announced that through this distribution agreement, it has confirmed its intention to utilize UNISOL Group’s local distribution network and customer relationships to: △accelerate market entry; △develop joint brands of customer-tailored solutions; and △continuously introduce technological cooperation and innovative solutions to the market.
This distribution agreement was prompted by the application of Ulala Lab’s SMP (Show my Panel) to the UNISOL cigar factory. According to Ulala Lab, the UNISOL Group first made a business proposal, recognizing the energy management efficiency of the SMP solution.
Going forward, Ulalala Lab plans to expand its SMP, a SPD solution that has received high praise in Japan, into the market and launch solutions such as AMS (Air Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), and carbon emissions for manufacturing companies in Japan starting in January next year.
Kang Hak-ju, CEO of Ulala Lab, said, “We are delighted to be able to introduce Ulala Lab’s technological prowess to the Japanese market through this agreement with Japan’s UNISOL Group. This partnership will provide new growth opportunities for both companies.”
Furusato, Chairman of UNISOL Group, said, “Ulala Lab’s SPD solution has great potential in the Japanese market as well. I hope that this agreement will provide an opportunity for both companies to grow together.”
