jpnn.comMEDAN – The panel of judges at the Medan District Court (PN), North Sumatra, tried Ridwan Nasution alias Ridho (45) who was charged with the murder of his female friend after they had intimate relations.
In this case, Ridho was charged with killing his date Meirani Sitompul.
“The defendant is a resident of Jalan Karya, West Medan, Medan City, and is considered to have committed the murder of the victim Meirani Sitompul after having sexual intercourse,” said Medan District Attorney’s Public Prosecutor (JPU) AP Frianto Naibaho, at the Medan District Court, Thursday (19/9/24).
The public prosecutor explained that the case began when the victim Meirani Sitompul came to the defendant’s house, on Jalan Karya, Gang Sepakat, Karang Berombak Village, West Medan, Medan City, Tuesday (23/4) at 19.00 WIB.
Then, both of them consumed crystal methamphetamine in the defendant’s room.
After that the defendant and the victim had sexual intercourse.
“The next day the defendant and the victim watched a pornographic video, then the two of them had intimate relations again,” said Frianto.
After they had done it twice, the defendant felt pain in his genitals and went to the bathroom to clean his genitals.
