Through their social networks, EDC China announced the cancellation of the event, as Typhoon Bebinca has produced climate changes that could put the safety of attendees and the production itself at risk.
In this statement they say:
“It is with our hearts in our hands that we announce the cancellation of EDC China, scheduled for September 15-16, due to the imminent arrival of the Bebinca tidal wave, which has entered the East China Sea and is expected to make landfall during the dates of the festival…”
He also mentions that they adhere to the Emergency Plan of Suzhou City Typhoon Defense.
They assure that everyone’s safety is the most important thing for them. creators and organizers of the festivalso they prefer to cancel the event than to regret losses.
As a measure to not leave those who had already bought their tickets unhappy, they guarantee the Refund of the total ticket, in addition to the charges that the purchase of the same entailedwhich will be reflected between 7 and 10 days after it has been requested, asking you to stay up to date with any message issued by the tickets as well as the official event pages.
“Your safety is our top priority, and we sincerely hope that we can all gather together again under the electric sky soon. Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.”
