A number of facts related to the couple’s divorce decision were revealed by the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah.
He said Nisya Ahmad and Andika Rosadi were officially divorced based on the verdict of the South Jakarta Religious Court via the e-court system on Thursday (19/9).
According to him, the judge granted the divorce suit submitted by Raffi Ahmad’s younger sibling.
“The judge granted part of the plaintiff’s lawsuit,” said Taslimah.
In addition, Taslimah said Nisya Ahmad also received custody of three children.
Even so, Nisya Ahmad cannot forbid Andika Rosadi to meet her sweetheart.
Andika Rosadi is also required to pay iddah maintenance of IDR 20 million and child maintenance of IDR 30 million per month.
