(Web Desk) A big revelation has come out regarding the release of the most expensive film of Pakistani cinema “The Legend of Moolah Jat” in India.
According to the Indian media, Nadeem Mandviwala, the distributor of the film “The Legend of Moulajit”, has given a special interview to “India Today” and said that he is not releasing the film in the whole of India, but only in the Indian Punjab.
According to Nadeem Mandviwala, he is hopeful that the movie “The Legend of Moolah Jutt” can still do some extraordinary business in India as the movie is not available on any OTT platform yet, as the movie has its own release in India. The release is coming two years after its release, so it’s not as exciting as it was during its original release.
It is said that the purpose of releasing the film only in the state of Punjab is to know whether it is beneficial for the filmmakers to release Pakistani films in India or not, if the release of “The Legend of Moolah Jat” gets a positive response in Indian Punjab. So it will be released in other states of India as well.
Earlier, Bilal Lashari, the director of “The Legend of Moolah Jat” also announced in his Instagram post that his film will release on October 2 only in Indian Punjab.
It should be noted that “The Legend of Moula Jat” was released in Pakistan in the year 2022, which achieved extraordinary success. This film is a remake of the 1979 hit film “Moula Jat”, whose prominent artists include Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, Shafaq Cheema, Gohar Rasheed and others are included. The story of the film is written by Nasir Deeb, who also wrote the story of the original “Moolajt”.
“The Legend of Mulajt” is produced by Amara Hekmat and Bilal Lashari under the banner of Cyclomedia and Lashari Films. This film also has the honor of being the most expensive film of Pakistan with a budget of around 70 crores.
