Baku: Indian driver Kush Maini narrowly escaped a serious accident during a Formula Two race. Formula Two race is considered a supporting race of Formula One race. This horrific accident happened in the opening lap of the Formula Two race before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix of Formula One. The car of this 23-year-old Indian driver stopped suddenly and the cars of his fellow drivers Josep Maria Marti and Oliver Goethe coming from behind collided with his car. In this horrific accident, the rear part of Kush’s car was completely destroyed but he managed to get out safely. Kush’s father Gautam confirmed that his son is fine. He said, ‘He is fine. All medical tests of Kush were done as per the standard protocol and all the reports are normal.’

Kush Maini is part of the Invicta Racing Team

Kush represents the Invicta Racing team in Formula Two races. He is 11th in the current season’s standings.
