School supplies: Entre-prendre Ensemble comes to the aid of several students in Conakry
It is a real sigh of relief for the students of the Lycée Djibril Tamsir Niane in Kipé. Indeed, they received on the morning of this Saturday, September 21, 2024, school supplies in the premises of their establishment in Conakry. The gesture is from the NGO Entre-prendre Ensemble led by Mrs. Cissé Maimouna Diakhaby.

According to the manager and head of projects at the said NGO, Aboubacar Mayeni Camara, the reasons for this donation are simple.
“The NGO in its policy of supporting national education, we decided to offer school supplies to the students of the Djibril Tamsir Niane establishment, of the mathematical and experimental sciences options. These are 200 bags, notebooks, pens and mathematical boxes. This is part of our commitment to promote access to education for all, but also to support parents in this generally difficult back-to-school period,” he said.
Before specifying that “it will not be the only school. Already, there is a lot that is reserved for our Supercoder vacation program…”
Elhaj Amadou Bah, a student in mathematics after receiving his kit said: “A big thank you to the NGO. We are very satisfied. They helped out with a part that the parents had to do, namely school supplies. So, they help us and also help our parents.”

In thanking the NGO for this action, Lansana Dramé, the school’s principal, acknowledged its benefits. “This NGO supports us in the various activities we undertake within our school. School is not only education, but also instruction. Instruction cannot be done without support. When I talk about support, we need the student’s tools. If this NGO thinks of supporting us in this sense, I think it is a great contribution to strengthening the learning of our learners.”
Continuing, he invited the NGO to perpetuate this type of action in favor of young Guinean learners.
