Group Zero Base One, who are embarking on their first overseas tour in just over a year since their debut, entered the KSPO Dome and presented extraordinary energy.
Zerobase One held their first overseas tour ‘Timeless World’ at the KSPO Dome (formerly Gymnastics Arena) in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 22nd, performing for 170 minutes. They mobilized over 30,000 people over the three days.
Zerobase One will be going on their first overseas tour since their debut through ‘Timeless World’. ‘Timeless World’ refers to a special space where Zerobase One and Zeros (fandom name) are connected, gifting fans an eternal space where time seems to have stopped.
Zhang Hao, who met with reporters before the concert, said, “This Seoul concert was the start of my first overseas tour, so I was more nervous than I thought, but I gained a lot of strength from the fans who filled the seats and cheered for me for two days,” and added, “I’m honored to be able to perform happily for three days.”
Kim Kyu-bin said, “This is our first time holding a fan concert at Gocheok Sky Dome and a concert under our name, so I’m really excited and prepared hard with the mindset that we have to do well,” and expressed his confidence by saying, “I expect that after experiencing this overseas tour and getting through it together, our skills and mindsets will have grown even more after the concert.”
Zero Base One, who appeared in the middle of the stage that day and came down, opened the concert with a nonstop performance of “Solar Power,” “Road Movie,” “Take My Hand,” “New Kids on the Block,” and “Kill the Romeo.”
Park Gun-wook greeted them by saying, “This is my last day in Korea, so I’m going to make it so cool that all the fans who came here will think, ‘Why is Zero Base One so good?’” and decorated the intro with a flashy performance of ‘Crush’. Zero Base One then switched to a refreshing atmosphere with ‘In Bloom’ and showed off their fresh charms with ‘Insomnia’ and ‘Good Night’.
Also, the stage that was shown during the survival show ‘Boys Planet’ was performed. Jang Hao went up on stage alone and presented a refreshing ‘Always’, Kim Ji-woong, Park Gun-wook, Ricky, and Suk Matthew showed off their sexy charms with ‘Over Me’, and Sung Han-bin, Kim Tae-rae, Kim Kyu-bin, and Han Yu-jin added a lively atmosphere with ‘Switch’. All the members went up on stage again and received a hot response with ‘Ang Guard’. The concert hall was filled with cheers even with ‘Say My Name’ and ‘I’m Shining’. Kim Tae-rae said, “It’s been a long time since we properly showed the ‘Boys Planet’ stage, so the fans and we were happy while preparing.”
After showing off a sexy vibe with ‘Dear Eclipse’ and ‘Hot Summer’, when the members chose Seok Matthew as the sexiest member, Seok Matthew surprised everyone by revealing his abs. Zero Base One returned with their signature refreshing songs and filled the stage with bright energy with ‘Sweat’, ‘Kids Zone’, ‘Feel the Pop’, and ‘Good So Bad’.
Zero Base One, who reappeared at the concert venue at the fans’ request for an encore, appeared in the middle of the seats and made closer eye contact with the fans. They then decorated the climax of the concert with “Space Dust,” “Sunday Ride,” “Yura Yura,” and “Hello.” Han Yu-jin said with reddened eyes, “I’m happy to sing and dance in front of so many people,” and “I’m grateful that I could grow.” In particular, Park Gun-wook said, “I was so happy that I was able to achieve the idol I vaguely dreamed of thanks to the fans, but it was hard because there were many times when I felt my shortcomings as time went on,” and sobbed, “I’m grateful that Zeroz gave me a lot of strength, beyond the relationship between fan and singer, and I hope we can continue to be together.”
Meanwhile, Zero Base One will hold a total of 14 performances in 8 regions, including Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Jakarta, Macau, Aichi, and Kanagawa, starting with the Seoul performance on the 20th.
