This important project was implemented during King Abdulaziz’s visit to Egypt. Later, when King Saud visited Taif, famous poet Muhammad Talat wrote an anthem on this occasion.
During his reign, King Fahd bin Abdulaziz ordered the renowned poet Ibrahim Al-Khafaji to compose the lyrics of the national anthem. The music was composed by Siraj Umar and the lyrics of the song were arranged.
In July 1984, King Fahd officially approved the anthem, and it became part of Saudi Arabia’s identity and pride. is played.
This anthem is not only played on the occasion of welcoming the heads of different countries but also read and played in schools, international events and sports competitions.
