Other countries where the new price list has been reported are: Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Colombia, Thailand.
