jpnn.comJAKARTA – Jakarta gubernatorial candidate Pramono Anung met with the Chairman of the Democratic High Council Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) in Cikeas, Bogor Regency, Saturday (21/9).
He came accompanied by Jakarta deputy governor candidate Rano Karno.
“Yes, this morning we were received by Mr. SBY,” said Pramono Anung when answering media crew in Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Saturday (21/9).
Pram, Pramono Anung’s nickname, and Rano Karno alias Doel discussed with SBY for almost an hour and a half without any barriers.
He said the discussion could be held because previously he was a figure who was often assigned by PDI Perjuangan Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri to communicate with SBY.
“Because, so far, I have been the one sent by Ibu Mega to communicate with Pak SBY, so that the two of us, including Bang Doel, have no barriers at all in the discussions,” said Pram.
The former Secretary General of the PDI Perjuangan admitted that SBY left several messages in the discussion, such as that the provincial government must be able to pay attention to the poor.
“With his long experience, he also left several things, especially focusing on poor people, who need the touch of a leader,” he added.
