Great news from Patricija and Alexandru Ionel: The family of the two “Let’s Dance” stars has grown by two members. Their twins are here.

Patricija and Alexandru Ionel became parents for the first time in January 2022, shortly before the two “Let’s Dance” professional dancers had said “I do”. In April of this year, they announced that their two-year-old son would be Noeli’s big brother – because the athlete is pregnant again. Now the 29-year-old has given birth to her two babies – they are twins.

The couple announced the exciting news on Instagram. “And here we are,” they wrote alongside several photos in which they can be seen with two newborns. To view all the photos, you have to click to the right on the Instagram post.

Their two children “came into this beautiful world fit and healthy,” said Patricija and Alexandru Ionel. “We couldn’t be happier! Now a new journey begins for us as a family,” the couple said happily, thanking them for the many lovely private messages from their followers.

They did not reveal any further details about their babies for the time being, but announced that they would do so in the coming days. “In the next posts we will tell you more about the names of our twins. But until then: If you want, you can guess what they might be called.” The two professional dancers revealed that the twins are a boy and a girl live on television at the end of May during the “Let’s Dance” professional challenge.

In the comment section of the post, the couple was showered with congratulations. “How wonderful! Enjoy the time together as a threesome, only the best for your little family!” wrote one fan. In fact, the family now consists of five.

Celebrities also sent kind words. “Congratulations from the bottom of my heart to you five. A big hug to the wonderful mom, you did it, and welcome to this world, little angels,” commented “Let’s Dance” star Christina Hänni, who herself became a mother just a few months ago. Judge Motsi Mabuse also left a message: “Congratulations! Only the best. We’ll take you on the ‘Let’s Dance’ tour! There are enough babysitters. I know at least two,” she wrote, tagging her two co-judges Jorge González and Joachim Llambi.
