“Adapting to these new technologies is not an option, but a necessity to fulfill the mandate of justice in a society that is increasingly connected,” he explained.

During the third seminar of Administrative Law in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, organized by the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the counselor highlighted the implementation of the electronic file “this system has revolutionized the way we manage the court cases. It is not just a replacement of paper with digital documents, but a complete transformation of how information is structured and accessed. judicial information”.

He explained that digitalisation has enabled faster and more secure access to documentation, improving efficiency and transparency in the system.

He also highlighted the continuity of implementing virtual hearings, promoted during the pandemic by Covid 19.

“What began as a temporary measure has become standard practice in many cases,” he said, highlighting that these hearings have yielded greater flexibility and reduced costs for litigants, especially in situations where the parties reside in different states.
