Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat Bangladesh has protested in the capital against the threat of killing the organization’s chairman Shaikhul Hadis Allama Kazi Muhammad Muin Uddin Ashrafi and Deputy Secretary General Abul Kashem Muhammad Fazlul Haque.

The leaders of the organization have demanded an exemplary punishment by arresting the terrorist militants who threatened from the protest program in front of the National Press Club on Monday (September 23) afternoon.

In the meeting presided over by Advocate Helal Uddin, the leaders also said that the terrorists are threatening to kill the top scholars of Ahle Sunnah like Allama Nurul Islami Faruqi by calling them Vedatis and Mazarpujari through anonymous IDs on social media. They are conspiring to establish a militant state in the name of Islam by destroying the shrines of Auliya Keram and killing Sufi scholars.

They also said that the threat to kill two renowned hadith scholars of the country is a deep conspiracy to destabilize the country. After the fall of the fascist government, another fascist was born by attacking shrines and durbars.

The new government could not do anything visible against them even though the government was clamoring. After the attack on the shrine, declaring that it was because of the failure of the government, now the Sunni clerics are being threatened with death.

The leaders said that the activity of the militant group is increasing due to the lack of justice for the murder of the top leader of Ahle Sunnat Allama Faruqi, but those who did not succeed in trying to stop the Sunni scholars from speaking the truth by killing Allama Faruqi are now plotting to kill him. Apostate sects are inciting militancy by misrepresenting Quran-Hadith and saying anti-Ali-Auliya. Which, if not stopped now, will lead to dire situations in the future.
