The journalist Isabel Arvide, who obtained the position of consul in Istanbul, He was present at the celebrations of the cry of independence in that country, while reciting an emotional speech where he “praised himself”, he began to hear noises of discontent, so he paused his participation for a moment to angrily ask them to remain silent.
