The Security Media Cell announced targeting a hideout of ISIS terrorist gangs in a valley in Wadi Zgheiton within the Kirkuk Operations Command sector.
The cell stated in a statement received by the (INA), “Continuing field work by our heroic security forces to exact just retribution from the remnants of the evil ISIS terrorist organization. In a qualitative operation based on accurate information from the heroes in the Military Intelligence Directorate, and diligent follow-up that lasted for days by the targeting cell in the Joint Operations Command, the brave Air Falcons carried out a successful and accurate air strike by F-16 aircraft, targeting a terrorist hideout in Wadi Zgheiton within the Kirkuk Operations Command sector, inside which was a detachment consisting of (5) ISIS terrorist elements. The hideout was turned into rubble by the jealous ones in the Air Force, and various weapons and equipment were destroyed.”
She added, “Continuous strikes by our valiant security forces have confused the terrorist ISIS gangs in the havens that they thought were far from the eyes of the competent security services,” stressing “continuing to bury terrorism and we will not be lenient in our operations against these defeated gangs.”
