Ghaziabad: The UP Trade Show is starting from today at the Expo Mart in Greater Noida. Entrepreneurs from Ghaziabad will also set up their stalls in it. So that the name of their city comes to the fore on the world stage. For this, special preparations have been made by the District Industry Promotion and Entrepreneurship Development Center. A list of 92 industries has been prepared by the Deputy Commissioner and Field Officers. All of them will participate in the trade show. According to the officials, they have also been divided into different categories. Also, subsidy has been given for setting up stalls. The stall whose price is Rs 7000 + GST per square meter. DIC has provided that entire stall to the entrepreneurs for just Rs 15 thousand through its efforts. The department claims that entrepreneurs will have to pay only 25 percent of the stall rent.

District Industry Ghaziabad has divided all the entrepreneurs into different categories. These mainly include One District One Product (ODOP), women entrepreneurs, new entrepreneurs and exporters. All these entrepreneurs have gone to participate in the trade show with the hope and enthusiasm that their industry will benefit and they will get demand from buyers on a large scale.
Officials associated with the district industry say that many countries have agreed to come to this trade show. In such a situation, their only effort is to somehow bring all these buyers coming from abroad to the stalls of Ghaziabad. Arrange a meeting of them with the entrepreneurs here. Many types of technical meetings, conclaves etc. are being organized here.
There will be stalls ranging from clothes to toys and cosmetics
Vikas Yadav, the field officer looking after the work of allotment of stalls from Ghaziabad District Industry, said that these have been selected after a lot of hard work. The industries that have been included are related to every type of business.
This includes textiles, electronics, toys, cosmetics, metal, food products etc. Most entrepreneurs are participating in this trade show from Sahibabad Site 4. Nearly 33 industries are from Sahibabad, which are participating in this trade show. These stalls will be set up in halls number 7, 9 and 14.
MSME has a separate team
According to the officials, a total of 10 MSMEs (small cottage and medium industries) have been selected from all over Ghaziabad. So that they can be helped more. A separate team has been formed for them. They have been given stall number 10 separately in the trade show, so that they can set up their stalls together and also bring fame to Ghaziabad.
26 e-buses will also run
The Urban Development Department has hired 26 e-buses to transport people to the trade show. However, these e-buses will be completely free for the general public. These buses will run from Botanical Garden Metro Station to the trade show.
These women entrepreneurs will set up their own stalls
