It prepares to launch on Xbox next month
During the broadcast of Sonic Central’s special eventSega has shared a new look at the upcoming Sonic X Shadow Generations release. This time he focused on Shadow’s in-game story, including the return of *spoiler alert* Melphiles. Black Doom also returns and we see Maria in this latest clip.
Here’s a brief description, courtesy of Sega:
“When a disturbing prophecy awakens the Shadow’s memories, he must relive his life. Black Doom, Shadow’s nemesis, resurfaces and threatens to take over the world. The shadow must travel to his past, face his painful memories and unleash new dark powers to save the world.”
During Sony PlayStation’s “State of Play” broadcast, It has also been confirmed that Keanu Reeves will join Sonic X Shadow Generations as part of the upcoming “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” movie package, where he will voice Shadow..
Sega reminded that PlayStation players will also get an anime version of the extended introduction. This was first revealed in June this year.
Sonic X Shadow Generations will come to Xbox Series X | S on October 25, 2024. It can be pre-ordered now and there will be a three-day early access period starting on October 22nd.
