The event brings together emerging protagonists for an open discussion on current issues
For the third consecutive year, Guglielmo Marconi University will host “La Giovane Politica”, an event that will be held on October 1, 2024, starting at 5:00 p.m., in the Aula Magna of the university, in Via Vittoria Colonna 11, Rome. The initiative, conceived by Pietro Tramontano, founder of Politicare and a student of the university, is now a fixed appointment in the Italian political landscape, encouraging dialogue between the country’s young leaders.
The event brings together emerging protagonists of Italian politics for an open discussion on current issues and the challenges that new generations will have to face for the future of Italy. A unique opportunity to share ideas, experiences and perspectives, with the aim of giving voice to the leaders of tomorrow.
Among the prominent speakers of this edition are: Andrea Pancani, Deputy Director of TG La7 and host of Coffee Break Nicola Drago, President of ioCambio and CEO of De Agostini Editore
These speeches will be followed by those of young leaders belonging to the main Italian political parties and movements, who will share their vision on the challenges of the present and the future.
Alessio Acomanni, President of Guglielmo Marconi University, states: «Hosting events like ‘La Giovane Politica’ is a confirmation of our commitment to offering young people a stage to express ideas and projects. We want UniMarconi to be not only a place of learning, but also a point of reference for the formation of a new ruling class, capable of facing future challenges with competence and vision».
Pietro Tramontano, founder of the initiative, also underlined the importance of this event: «In a period in which politics is often belittled, we want to reverse this perception and reaffirm its importance. For this reason we have organized the largest youth political participation event in Italy, involving over 150 young people determined to demonstrate that the new generations are ready to be protagonists in the decisions that will shape the future».
