La Torres tricks Sestri Levante and wins 2-1 at Sivori.
The first half is dominated by the visitors. La Torres hits the crossbar in the 9th minute with Scotto and takes the lead in the 30th minute thanks to a header from Nanni, who takes full advantage of a cross from Mastinu. At the start of the second half, Anacoura keeps Sestri Levante afloat when in the 52nd minute he saves a penalty taken by Scotto, awarded by the referee for a handball by Giorno. Once the danger is averted, the pirates push further forward and equalize in the 56th minute: the cross is from Furno, the winning header from Valentini. The match heats up, with chances on both sides, but the score seems stuck at 1-1. Until the 89th minute, when Fischnaller finds the touch from close range and gifts success and three points to La Torres.
As a result, Sestri Levante remains stationary at 4 points in the standings. Next Sunday, the pirates will play at home against Pianese.
