(ANSA) – MILAN, SEPTEMBER 26 – Piazza Affari accelerates in the first hour of trading, with the Ftse Mib index up 1% to 34,180 points and the basket of major stocks mostly in positive territory. The luxury sector continues to rise, driven by the economic stimuli decided by the People’s Bank of China, with Moncler (+4.32%), Cucinelli (+4.35%) and Ferragamo (+6.27%), which is however not included in the Ftse Mib basket. Purchases also occurred on Campari (+2.93%), Ferrari (+2.6%) and Interpump (+2.47%), also dependent on the performance of the Chinese economy. Pirelli (+2.17%) performed well, while Stellantis (+1.44%) was more cautious. Among the banking stocks, Unicredit and Bper (both +1.89%) stood out, followed by Popolare Sondrio (+1.39%), Banco Bpm (+1%) and Intesa (+0.79%). Under pressure Saipem (-3.76%), Eni (-2.27%) and Tenaris (-0.8%), penalized instead by the drop in crude oil (Wti -2.43% to 68.03 dollars per barrel) due to fears that Saudi Arabia would be ready to abandon the price target of 100 dollars per barrel.
