The rock of Tacvba Coffee reached 35 years of existence and the celebrations cannot be left behind, that is why the band announced three dates that will serve to pay tribute in the company of their fans.
“This anniversary is not just a celebration of years, but a tribute to the constant evolution and reinvention that has characterized the band since its birth in the suburbs of Ciudad Satélite. Over three and a half decades, Ruben, Joselo, Meme and Quiquehave conquered stages around the world with their unique fusion of rock, traditional Mexican music, electronic music and genres that have defied labels,” said a statement.
Guadalajara, Monterrey and CDMX are the places where this celebration of Café Tacvba will take place, which according to the text signed today, is more than a band, because due to its sound and significance, it is seen as “a cultural movement.
“This 35th anniversary is a historic moment for all those who have accompanied Café Tacvba on its musical journey. The concerts in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City promise to be an unforgettable experience, where classics will be intertwined with new surprises,” he continues.
Tickets will go on pre-sale on September 30 and October 1, and will go on general sale on October 2.
The concerts will take place on November 8 in Guadalajara, November 23 in Monterrey and December 5 in Mexico City, which will be the group’s first performance at the GNP Seguros Stadium.
