jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) stated that many of the ministry’s program targets have been achieved.
One of them is in preventing and handling land crimes.
This was conveyed at the 2024 HANTARU Commemoration Ceremony at the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta, Tuesday (24/9).
“The Ministry of ATR/BPN continues to prevent the emergence of land crimes. As a result, we have succeeded in uncovering and saving potential state losses of Rp5.71 trillion,” said AHY.
He said that the Ministry of ATR/BPN is collaborating with many parties as an effort to prevent land crimes.
“The Ministry of ATR/BPN continues to carry out synergy and collaboration through 4 (four) pillars, namely with local governments, law enforcement officers (APH) such as the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office, and the Judicial Body,” he continued.
Thanks to this, several land crime cases committed by land mafia in the provinces of East Java, Southeast Sulawesi, Jambi, and Central Java have been successfully uncovered.
“In addition to the potential state losses that we have managed to save, this is also proof of the seriousness of the Ministry of ATR/BPN in realizing justice for the community,” he said.
