jpnn.com – The Legal Advocacy Team for Candidates for Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Cilegon, Robinsar and Fajar Hadi Prabowo, reported the Gerogol sub-district head with the initials JS to the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu).
The report relates to alleged violations of the neutrality of the state civil apparatus (ASN).
Deputy Chair of the Robinsar-Fajar Legal Advocacy Team, Irvan Aziz Abdillah, said that his party accompanied residents in reporting to Bawaslu.
According to Irvan, the report submitted was related to the Gerogol sub-district head’s invitation to elect an incumbent candidate.
“So, the reporter (Erwin) was aware of a video of an ASN person, namely the Gerogol sub-district head, pushing to elect the incumbent candidate for two terms,” said Irvan to JPNN, Thursday (26/9).
Irvan explained that the video which allegedly violated ASN’s neutrality was two minutes and 49 seconds long.
“We are furious. Therefore, we ask Bawaslu and related parties to put more pressure on ASN to be neutral,” he said.
Reporter Erwin added that good leaders are born from clean methods.
The Head of Gerogol Subdistrict was reported to Bawaslu Cilegon City for alleged violations of ASN neutrality. There is video evidence inviting the incumbent to vote.
