The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) reported that the request was submitted to impose measures against 4 MS-13 gang members, who are accused of taking the life of a victim.
“The FGR presented a request to impose measures against 4 MS-13 gang members, accused of taking the life of a victim on Cangrejera beach, La Libertad,” said the Attorney General’s Office.
According to the statements provided by the FGR, the events occurred at the beginning of this month of September. The victim was heading to Boca Poza Beach, when he was intercepted by these four subjects.
“The defendants attacked the victim with a knife, seriously injured him in several parts of his body and moments later, they left his body on the shore of the beach,” mentioned the FGR.
The accused are: José Salvador Reyes Barrera, José Eliseo Martínez Diaz, Emilio De Jesús Franco Rodríguez and Juan Carlos Abrego Jorge.
