The Parliament of Ecuador urged Daniel Noboa to apply to the International Criminal Court the capture of Nicolas Maduro.

“These violations include murders, arbitrary imprisonment, torture, rape, political persecution and forced disappearances, all classified as crimes against humanity, in accordance with article 7 of the Rome Statute,” adds the National Assembly in its motion.
