jpnn.comJAKARTA – PDI Perjuangan spokesperson Chico Hakim revealed the chronology before the KPU released the elected DPR RI legislative candidates from their political parties for the Electoral District (Dapil) I Banten.
It is known that the KPU has announced that the elected legislative candidate from PDI Perjuangan for Dapil I Banten is Bonnie Triyana and not Tia Rahmania, who previously had the highest votes.
Chico said that the Banten Bawaslu on May 13 2024 decided that eight PPKs in several sub-districts of Dapil I Banten had committed violations of vote shifting for Tia Rahmania.
“The vote inflating violation benefited Tia Rahmania,” said Chico to the media crew, Thursday (26/9).
From there, he said, the Party Court at PDI Perjuangan, after receiving Bonnie’s complaint, held a trial on August 14 2024 with defendant Tia.
Chico said that the PDI Perjuangan Party Court on the same date also heard Didik Hariyadi’s complaint with the defendant Rahmad Handoyo.
“The Party Court decided that both of them were proven to have inflated votes,” continued Chico.
The PDI Perjuangan DPP, said Chico, then wrote to the KPU regarding the results of the trial at the Party Court on August 30 2024.
