The 10,000 won rental housing policy is a policy in which Hwasun-gun rents private rental housing and re-leases it to young people between the ages of 18 and 49 and newlyweds for a monthly rent of only 10,000 won.

This year, the scope of newlyweds was expanded from 7 years from the date of marriage registration to couples scheduled to marry within 3 months of the date of announcement (March 25, 2024), and the income standard was also removed for newlyweds.

The plan is to supply 100 units of rental housing per year in Hwasun-gun, starting with 100 units in 2023, for a total of 400 units by 2026. After signing an initial 2-year contract, residents can extend the contract up to 2 additional times, allowing them to reside for up to 6 years. there is.

To date, the 200 winners of 10,000 won rental homes in 2023 and 2024 have moved in.
