Verolanuova. The fourth edition of the HallowAirno that will take place promises to be a great celebration of Sport and Solidarity in Verolanuova on 27 October 2024. The event includes a non-competitive 10 km foot race, which will take place along a mixed route through the beauties of the city center and the Verola hinterland. In addition to the competitive aspect, HallowAirno offers everyone the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of Verona by participating at a free pace in the 5 km “Family Run”. Awards expected for the first arrivals in the non-competitive race, a school voucher for the Verolanuova class that will participate with the greatest number of students and a special prize for the first Over 60 athletes for the Panciani Vincenzo Memorial. The aim of the event is to raise funds for the projects of Airno, the Italian Association for Neuro-Oncological Research, in favor of patients affected by brain tumors and their families. This year too, Airno has allocated resources for psychological support and neuro-motor rehabilitation of patients in the area. Furthermore, Airno has supported neuro-oncological research by co-financing 3 Research Grants in collaboration with the University of Brescia. Next goal? Implement cognitive and neuro-motor rehabilitation services for patients with neurological disabilities.
