jpnn.com – Persib Bandung will travel to Bangkalan Stadium to face Madura United FC in Week 7 of Liga 1 2024/25, Saturday (28/9/2024) evening.

The Maung Bandung squad flew to Madura two days before the match. On this trip, there were several players who were not brought by coach Bojan Hodak.

Persib captain Marc Klok was not brought because he was serving the red card he received against Persija. Apart from that, Pesib coach Bojan Hodak is still ensuring the physical condition of several of his foreign pillars.

“I still have to check several players who have minor injuries. Not serious injuries, but I have to see who is in 100 percent condition,” said Hodak, Friday (27/9/2024).

The tactician from Croatia did not want to take the risk of fielding his players who always played fully. Because, it risks making players tired which results in injury.

Therefore, Persib may not field its best players against Madura United.

“There are several players like Gustavo (Franca), Nick (Kuipers) and Edo (Febriansah), they always play in every match for 90 minutes. I have to see their condition and maybe some will get a rest,” he explained.

“Then, Dedi (Kusnandar). He is actually fit for the match against China, but not necessarily ready for the match against Madura (he was injured),” he continued.

The Persib coach will rotate players in the away match against Madura United FC at Bangkalan Stadium.
