(24News) Lahore High Court has issued the written order of the previous hearing regarding the implementation of the decision of the specific seats, in which the Chief Election Commissioner has been ordered to submit the answer at the next hearing.
Lahore High Court Justice Raheel Kamran Shaikh issued a one-page written order. The written order said that the Chief Election Commissioner should submit a reply at the next hearing, while the Additional Attorney General would have been given a last chance to submit a reply. is
It should be noted that a separate application was filed in the Lahore High Court to implement the decision of the Supreme Court on specific seats, the application was filed on behalf of Munir Ahmed.
The petitioner took the stand that the 8-member bench of the Supreme Court has given a clear and detailed decision regarding the specific seats, but the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has not yet received the specific seats.
The petitioner requested the court that the Lahore High Court order to give specific seats to PTI, order the court to implement the decision of the specific seats.
The Lahore High Court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 4.
It should be noted that yesterday the Election Commission of Pakistan challenged the explanation of September 14, calling the Supreme Court’s decision regarding specific seats based on assumptions and filed a review petition against the decision.
