The magistrates considered that there was no gender political violence by the winning candidate of the election against Catalina Monreal, Morena candidate.

“They are demonstrations under freedom of expression,” in addition to the fact that the Electoral Court of Mexico City “failed to analyze the full context that there are eight publications during the electoral process and on topics of public interest.”
