Utkarsh Kumar Singh, Mirzapur: Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, the chief saint of Bageshwardham in Madhya Pradesh, surprised everyone by suddenly arriving at the ashram of Paramhans Swami Adgadanand Maharaj in Sakteshgarh on Thursday evening. When Dhirendra Krishna Shastri reached the Ashram at five in the evening, the saints and policemen already present there took him to the sermon hall under security cover.
On seeing Swami Adgadanand Maharaj, Dhirendra Krishna Shastri prostrated himself and stood in front of his seat with folded hands. During this, Swami Narad Maharaj presented him the book of ‘Yatharth Geeta’ as a gift. Bageshwar Dham Sarkar listened to the sermon of Swami Adgadanand in the ashram for about 20 minutes and then both the saints kept discussing in private for about 15 minutes. After this, Swami Adgadanand sent off Dhirendra Krishna Shastri respectfully by crowning him.
As soon as the information about this important meeting reached the people, a large number of devotees gathered around the ashram. Local police were also deployed to control the crowd and maintain security. After this, while going to Varanasi, Bageshwardham government arrested former cattle trader late in Chunar Nagar. Stopped for about half an hour at the residence of Saurabh Singh, son of Amarnath Singh. During this, the local people gave a grand welcome to Baba and cheered him. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri gave darshan to his devotees, due to which there was great enthusiasm among all. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri left for Varanasi in his vehicle under SPG security cover. During this, the administrative officials along with the family also took his blessings.
