Mumbai: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has issued a stern warning to ATK Mohan Bagan player Sandesh Jhinkan for making controversial sexual remarks during the ISL. “I played with the girls,” Jinkan told reporters after the match between ATK Mohan Bagan and the Kerala Blasters in the Indian Super League.

The AIFF took the player’s remark seriously and warned him not to repeat it again. Although Jinkan’s remarks were taken seriously by the AIFF’s disciplinary committee, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) considered the player’s apology on social media. The panel said action would be taken if it was repeated.
