Natália Dragoumi Opens Up About Acting Journey and Misconceptions of Her Career

by time news

“There was a bit of an impression that I am more carefree,” said Natalia Dragoumi.

About her early steps in the acting field and the skepticism she faced, Natalia Dragoumi spoke from the heart on the couch of “Studio 4,” where she was a guest this afternoon (26.09.2024).

“Once my aunt called my dad and said, ‘The Ethics will come to pick up Natalia at the end.’ ‘Why?’ my dad wondered, and she told him that ‘on television she does nude scenes.’ ‘It’s part of her work,’ my dad replied,” the popular actress initially described.

“My dad, however, knew me so well, and I feel like I never had an ounce of vulgarity in what I did. It was scarier to watch a love scene of others even though, of course, in your own you know when it’s happening and… you leave! You go to get a glass of water in the kitchen and you leave. Yes, watching a love scene with my parents would be a bit weird,” she admitted.

“There was a bit of an impression that I am more carefree and that I have had a better time because in theater you need to have weight and pain. There is indeed some truth to that, not that it is necessary, and for heaven’s sake, we want to be happy and joyful, but whatever bad happens in your life goes inside and comes out through your art,” Natalia Dragoumi added as well.
