jpnn.com – CENTRAL LOMBOK – 2023 MotoGP world champion Francesco Bagnaia a.k.a Pecco said that the Indonesian MotoGP at the Mandalika Circuit, Central Lombok, NTB, this weekend was a stage for him to appear more aggressive.
Pecco, who is the 2023 Indonesian MotoGP champion, said he had to be crazier in order to close the gap with Jorge Martin in the MotoGP standings.
“I have to be aggressive to reduce the points gap with Jorge Martin,” said Pecco.
The main racer for the Ducati factory admitted that he had forgotten the mistakes at the Emilia Romagna MotoGP (accident, failure to finish).
“Regarding the accident, yes, it was my fault. Now I am very focused on this weekend in Indonesia,” said Pecco.
“This (Mandalika Circuit) is a track that I like. The gap of 24 points (the difference between Pecco and Martin) is not much, but it is not small either. Yes, so I have to be aggressive,” he added.
