/ Three matches began at 2:30 pm today, Thursday, in Baghdad, Basra and Kut, as part of the ninth round of the Iraq Stars Football League 2023-2024, with four matches being held.

In the first match, Al-Najaf Club won over its host, Amanat Baghdad, with a score of 2-1. The match took place at Amanat Baghdad Club Stadium.

Erbil Club, with ten players, won over its host Al-Minaa with a score of 3-0 after the referee sent off the match’s player Ikam Hashem in the seventh minute of the first half. The match took place at Al-Fayhaa Stadium in Basra.

The first half ended with Erbil advancing with a free goal, which came from Amjad Radhi in the 10th minute, and in the second half, Erbil added its second goal in the 63rd minute, through Asu Rustom and Had Lasu Rustom, to score a third goal for Erbil in the 69th minute.

In the third match, Al-Qasim and Al-Karkh tied without goals, and the match took place at Al-Kout Stadium.
