Teachers, students and parents celebrated the opening of the auditorium gymnasium in Benemérita y Centenaria Normal School of the State of Durangoinaugurated by Esteban Villegas Villarreal.
After several years of waiting, Governor Esteban Villegas Villarreal made this center a reality, which has decent facilities for the students.
The auditorium gymnasium is intended for carrying out multiple activities of the Benemérita y Centenaria Escuela Normal del Estado de Durango (ByCENED, such as:
- Sports
- Civic activities
- Artistic activities
“We are very excited, I remember when I was a student at the Normal School and they came to lay the first stone to build the auditorium, and After more than 20 years, we see that it was achieved and it is great, said teacher Aida Gutiérrez Alanís to Governor Esteban Villegas Villarreal.

Selene Ontiveros García, mother of the family, celebrated the inauguration of the facilities that promise to encourage young people with a place for sports, physical and educational entertainment.
The students Katia Soto López and David Gamboa, who are in high school, were very enthusiastic about the results of the gymfor which they thanked Governor Esteban Villegas Villarreal.
For their part, the preschool deputy director, Karla Maa and the teacher Mariana Valenzuela, agreed that it is a very important work that will be enjoyed by several generations in this institution.
In addition to having a fully equipped gymnasium-auditorium, the Durango State Normal School also already has a school cafeteria delivered by Governor Esteban Villegas and his wife Marisol Rosso.
