A number of governorates announced the suspension of official working hours tomorrow, Sunday, to mourn the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.

A statement by the Najaf Governorate Council, received by the (INA), stated that, “In mourning the martyrdom of His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may God sanctify his honorable secret) at the hands of the gangs of the criminal Zionist entity, the Najaf Governorate Council announces the suspension of official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, 2024.” /9/29, except for security and service departments.”
For his part, the Governor of Babylon, Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi, said in a statement received by the (INA), that “based on the decision of the Babylon Governorate Council, it was decided to suspend the official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, 9/29/2024, in all government institutions and departments in the governorate, due to the great injury and tragedy.” “The painful martyrdom of the master of the south.”
The Holy Karbala Governorate Council also decided to suspend official working hours tomorrow, Sunday.
The head of the Provincial Council, Qasim Al-Yasari, said in a statement, “In denunciation of the heinous crime that shook the human conscience with the assassination of the leader and scholar Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and as an expression of the enormity of this tragedy that struck the entire Islamic world, the Karbala Provincial Council announces the suspension of official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, the 29th. 9/202). Also, the Maysan Governorate Council decided to consider tomorrow, Sunday, an official holiday for all government institutions in the governorate, with the governorate declaring three days of general mourning on the occasion of the martyrdom of the Mujahid Hassan Abu Hadi and the leaders, the martyrs of Lebanon.
For his part, a statement by the Diwaniyah Governorate Office stated, “In honor of the martyrdom of the master of the Islamic Resistance, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and his brave leaders, the Governor of Diwaniyah, Abbas Shuail Al-Zamili, announces the suspension of official working hours in government departments, institutions, and schools for tomorrow, Sunday, 9/2024/ 29″.
For its part, the Muthanna Governorate Council decided to suspend the official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, for all governorate departments, in solidarity with Lebanon and in mourning for the spirit of the happy martyr, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may God sanctify his soul).
The Governor of Diyala, Adnan Muhammad Abbas Al-Shammari, also announced mourning and the suspension of official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, due to the martyrdom of the master of the resistance.
The Diyala Governorate Office stated in a statement, “The Governor of Diyala, Adnan Muhammad Abbas al-Shammari, announced the suspension of official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, with three days of mourning in all government institutions and departments due to the great loss and painful tragedy of the loss of the master of the resistance and its leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.”
The Dhi Qar Governorate Council also decided to suspend the official working hours for tomorrow, Sunday, in the governorate’s departments.
The head of the Dhi Qar Governorate Council, Izzat Al-Nashi, said in a statement, “The council voted to suspend official working hours,” noting that “this decision came in memory of the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and in appreciation of his sacrifices and his path in defending national issues.”
He added, “The decision to suspend the program aims to provide citizens and institutions with the opportunity to pause and reflect on the martyr’s career, and to shed light on his achievements that the arrogant forces attempted.”
