Mikati said in his speech – followed by the (INA): “First of all, I ask you to stand in silence mourning the soul of the martyr, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and all the fallen martyrs. as a result of the war of extermination launched by the Zionist enemy against Lebanon.”
He added: “Your Excellency, the Ministers, men and women of Lebanon, in view of the horror that has befallen our homeland and is being subjected to the brutal Zionist attack that has affected most regions of Lebanon, I. address you today knowing that this is not the time for talk, asking you to address what is happening with a national responsibility that preserves our unity and affirms our solidarity, because one of the goals of the Zionist enemy is to destroy this unit, which has always been the most powerful weapon to face his criminal plans.”
He continued, “Our national responsibility in this historic and exceptional moment requires us to put aside political differences, different positions, and different preferences so that we can all come together on what preserves, protects and strengthens the nation .”
He added, “I urge you today to put aside our political differences, our different positions, and our different choices, and come together on what preserves and protects the nation.”
He said, “The martyrs who fell, from all regions, and whose blood has watered the earth, and the wounded who are crowded with hospitals and health centers, and our people who were forcibly displaced from their homes and lands, crying out to everyone. a conscience to forget all that divides and focus on all that unites.”
He emphasized, “Our solidarity today in these critical moments in the life of the nation is the strongest response to the Zionist attack.”
He said, “The government is doing everything in its power to face this hateful, destructive war that the Zionist entity is waging against us. We went to the United Nations to find a solution, but the enemy went with treachery and treachery planning more massacre.”

He continued, “Despite this, we renew our adherence to international legitimacy and international law, and we again demand work to stop the Zionist aggression and International Resolution No. 1701 and all relevant international resolutions in force.”
He said, “The government, with all its civil, military, security, health and humanitarian departments, continues to fulfill its duty in cooperation with the citizens who opened their homes to receive citizens, civil society institutions, associations and humanitarian and health bodies, which I would like to congratulate from the bottom of my heart for what he has shown in recent days and continues to do so.
He continued, “Despite all that, I apologize for all the shortcomings that have occurred in view of the limited capacities and the extent of the needs after the displacement of our children in the targeted areas has reached an amount that has exceeded all expectations. He stressed, “The state is the guardian of their children and the state is their guarantor and their dignity. to save our homeland and protect our people.
