The second round of peace talks on the Ukraine-Russia conflict is likely to take place today. Mikhail Podoliak, the president’s adviser, said the Ukrainian delegation had returned for talks. The Russia-Ukraine peace talks held in Belarus two days ago did not bear fruit. The Ukrainian team is divided by helicopter for talks. The discussion will start at 7.30 pm local time, said David Arakhamiya of the Ukrainian team in a Facebook post. He said the first issue to be discussed would be the establishment of a human corridor for the natives to escape from the battlefield. After this, Ukraine will move on to issues including ceasefire and withdrawal.

However, the two sides did not rule out the possibility of a second round of talks. Ukraine has demanded an immediate ceasefire and a complete withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine. The talks broke down after the Russian delegation refused to accept the offer.
